For cracking your bad habits, you have to do some powerful and simple steps to help yourself.
Bad habits include -
1. Addictions
2. Consumption of Cigarette.
3. Being an Alcoholic
4. Addiction to drugs
etc. Bad Things.
So how Bad-Habits or any habit Starts?
answer--> So, we can understand habit via this Term:-
1. Cue - - > It is what triggers the mind to start a Habit
ex:- If you have an addiction to facebook you will observe that when Stress/Boredom, Notification sound, Remembering a friend, Thinking of how much likes you got on the last photo you sent.
This is what triggers your mind to Open Facebook.
This is what which starts The next part which is called routine.
2. Routine - -> Routine is a sequence of action like opening the Facebook, Instagram, etc after the Cue.
3. The reward --> this is the main part, This is what makes the Habit. When the cue & routine is done then to reward comes in action.
Like- -> After opening facebook your brain says. "Yess! I am feeling so happy to say that my Posts got 1k likes, I talked to my Parents and I Made a way to defeat Boredom."
EXAMPLE:-
There was a person who is addicted to eating Burger.
He works in the office and there are some breaks between. He has a Habit which is
When The Bell Rings.
1. He got out of the Cabin of his own
2. Went to the near Canteen
3. And with his friends, he eats Burgers.

{So the cue of his habit is the bell
Routine is going downstairs and with his friends, he eats a burger.
The reward for this habit is the Gossip with friends about other staffs, Being socialize, etc.
Now it's your time to figure out that, what is the Habit Loop Of Your Bad-Habit.}

How To Break A Bad Habit?
1. The trigger of your Addiction can't be changed but Rewards and routine can be.
2. Change your Environment -- be with people who are free from the addiction that you generally have
3. Don't Say Negative for yourself -- Don't say like:-
a. I am Sugar-addictive, I will not able to remove sugar from my
diet
b. I am a failure, I won't able to crack this.
c. I am fat, I will not be in shape.
ETC.
